Labels: about me
I'm a high school English teacher and mother to two children who eat. I care about what people eat, and especially what kids eat. I want to make food that helps kids to challenge their minds about taste. I want kids to care about the diets of the chickens that lay their eggs and what makes waffles properly crispy.
I live in Hawaii, I'm used to mildew, and I'll never turn down a cookie. I prefer Japanese foods over all others. My family eats what I cook and they let me know if they don't like it.
I'll tell you what happens to me when I parent, but I never know how to do something the right way. I make lots of mistakes. I'm sure you'll see if you stick around.
